Cut the sides.

Tie the extra string around all of the yarn (this part was kind-of tricky)

Wrap the yarn around the tape rolls. Leave some extra yarn you will need to tie it with that.

 Make sure that your string is very long.

What you need, any sized tape roll depending on how big you want the puff-ball to be, yarn of any color, and scissors.
